tbsp fish sauce

tsp salt

Instructions
1: Pre-heat your oven to 450F. 2: Lightly salt and pepper both sides of your steaks. 3: In a cast iron skillet, heat 2 tbsp of oil until smoking. Add your steaks and sear on each side for 2 minutes. 4: Finish in an oven at 450F for 3-5 minutes or until your preferred doneness. 5: Allow the steaks to rest for 7 minutes. Then slice into thin strips. 6: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, fish sauce, lime and peppers. 7: Add your cooked steak slices and toasted rice powder. 8: Add peppers, cilantro, mint, and shallots.
